How does the FMO Tag work?

Each FMO Tag has a Unique 5 Letter Code and QR Code that links to your Pet’s Online Profile where you can enter any information that you think may be useful to the person who has found your Pet. On your Pet’s Profile are a couple of questions that the Finder needs to answer about the location of your Pet and how your Pet can be collected and any contact details the Finder shares with you. They click the Reunite button and the information they have provided gets sent right away to your phone as a Text and Email Alert so you can Reunite with your Pet quickly!

Can I change the phone number and Email Address Alerts Get Sent To?

Yes you can change your phone number or email address at any time through your Account Dashboard. This will immediately change the number or email address that text and email alerts are sent to.

Can I get my tag replaced if needed?

Yes if you would like a replacement tag with the same code please contact us at [email protected] and we can arrange this for you. The replacement cost of the tag is a one-off fee of $10 plus shipping, unless you have chosen the FMO VIP Service in which case it’s free!
