Each FMO Tag has a Unique 5 Letter Code and QR Code that links to your Pet’s Online Profile where you can enter any information that you think may be useful to the person who has found your Pet. On your Pet’s Profile are a couple of questions that the Finder needs to answer about the location of your Pet and how your Pet can be collected and any contact details the Finder shares with you. They click the Reunite button and the information they have provided gets sent right away to your phone as a Text and Email Alert so you can Reunite with your Pet quickly!
Delivery depends on current tags available and when the next shipment arrives at our warehouse. Please allow for at least two weeks when product is in stock and up to three to four weeks when we are waiting for the next shipment to arrive. You can update your Pet’s profile once we have shipped your Pet’s FMO Tag to you.

If your Pet passes away you are welcome to use the tag on another Pet you may own and change the details on your Pet’s profile or you can cancel your FMO service at anytime through your account dashboard.
Yes you can change your phone number or email address at any time through your Account Dashboard. This will immediately change the number or email address that text and email alerts are sent to.
Yes if you would like a replacement tag with the same code please contact us at [email protected] and we can arrange this for you. The replacement cost of the tag is a one-off fee of $10 plus shipping.
Of Course! Feel free once your Pet’s profile is active to fill out the short form on the Profile Page and click the reunite button. You should receive a text and email alert direct to your phone. If you don’t receive an alert please check your email and phone number are correct on your Account Dashboard or email us at [email protected]
